After much wrangling the year 2000’s splendid Millennium Dome was given a fresh lease of life as the O2 music venue. And it has gone from strength to strength ever since. The jewel in the Greenwich area’s crown, it’s a multi-purpose indoor arena and vast entertainment complex with an impressive capacity of as many as 20,000 people. It’s Britain’s second-largest and one of the biggest in Europe with a diameter of 365m, a one kilometre circumference and a roof 50 metres high at the centre. If you were crazy enough to turn the venue upside down, it would take Niagara Falls 15 minutes to fill it with water. Or 3.8 billion pints of beer if you prefer! It’s the volume of 13 Albert Halls and you could fit 18,000 double decker buses in there. The statistics are fascinating but all that aside, this is a splendid place for varied top class entertainment, from superstar bands to comedians and everything in between. And we sell the full range of O2 Arena tickets on site. Enjoy the experience!
